| I started Atkins on July 25, 2004. I still have alot to learn. I am reading anything and everything I can find to educate my self to the fullest as I want to lose the weight and keep it off for life. I weighed in at 190 and I will post my weekly losses and my weekly meals for you to view along with the recipes I used. I will look for a picture of me to post on here, so you can see the changes as I lose. I will take a new pic after every 20 lbs. My goal weight is 120. | Weekly Menus/ my journal I just eat two different meals a week, some times I might throw something new in. I get my menus from ediets.com I will post the recipes I use on our recipe pages. Week 1 and week 2: Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs 3 oz pork sausage 1/2 med tomatoe or 2 eggs any style, 1 1/2 oz canadian bacon, 1/2 oz cheese, I turned this into an omelette Lunch: 6oz beef patty 1 cup mixed salad greens, 1 tbs ranch dressing or 5 oz grilled chicken and 2/3 cup asparagus Dinner: 5 oz Cajun chicken strips with garlic cauliflower or Roast beef, cucumber, tomato and avocado salad Snacks: tuna, mayo, onion or 1 oz deli ham and 2 oz mozzarella cheese ( one night I had a low carb thick burger from Hardees 5 Net carbs and for lunch another day I had a low carb Turkey wrap from Subway for 11 net carbs) |
