Journaling will help you when you hit a plateau and can't figure out why. You can go back and see any new foods you are eating or you can go back to some of your recipes and or daily jounals and just start over. Hopefully this will get you back on track. Not only that it will help you to keep track of the carb intake each day. If anyone has any other journaling tips feel free to send them in. there are alot of websites that offer free journals on there for you to put them online, or you can take a small note book and make your own journal. Also keep up with all your recipes on 3 x 5 index cards or put them in page protectors in a note book.
