No Pudge Clone Mix, Serves 15, 2 stars per serving

1 c sugar
1 c all-purpose flour
1/2 c cocoa powder
1 T dehydrated egg whites or 2 liquid egg whites
2 t cornstarch
1/4 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
OPTIONAL: 1 t instant espresso powder (for cappuccino flavor)
1. Mix with 2/3 c nonfat vanilla yogurt or 2/3 c unsweetened applesauce + 1
tsp. vanilla extract.
2. Spread into an 8x8 pan, sprayed with cooking spray, & bake at 350 for
32-34 minutes.

Single serving: In a custard cup or small microwave-safe container, combine
2 T. mix & 1 T. FF vanilla yogurt. Microwave on high for one minute. (2
stars) Minis: Bake at 350 for 20 minutes in mini-muffin cups. (Makes 12 @ 2.33 stars each)

Cookies: drop batter by T onto sprayed baking sheet. Bake for 9 minutes at 400 degrees. (Points depend on how many cookies you get. The entire batter with the yogurt equals 30 points. Just divide that by the number of cookies you make) Cream Cheese brownies: Mix brownies as directed & add to pan. Combine 1/3 c yogurt, 3 oz light cream cheese, & 1/4 t vanilla in a small bowl. Marble into brownie mixture & bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. (Makes 15 brownies @ 2.5 points each)
