The following are recipes that I cooked and therefore know they taste good.  Most of them are legal with Sugar Busters, some of them are not.  I cook them anyway and have them in a limited amount.

CROCKPOT BEEF GOULASH:
Ingredients:
2 pounds beef stew meat, cut in 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 sliced onion, separated into rings
1 cup chopped green pepper
2 large clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt & 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 can (14 oz) beef broth 
1 medium can stewed tomatoes
1 4-ounce can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/3 cup bottled barbecue sauce
3 tablespoons cornstarch (o 2 packets dark gravy powder)

Directions:
In a skillet brown meat in hot oil. Drain off fat.
Place onion rings, green pepper and garlic in crockery cooker.
Place meat atop; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add beef broth, undrained tomatoes, mushrooms and barbecue sauce; stir to mix.
Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 8-10 hours.
Turn cooker to high-heat setting.
Blend 1/4 cup cold water slowly into cornstarch; stir into stew. Cover and cook till thickened and bubbly, stirring occasionally.

CROCKPOT Beef and Bean Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger
1 16 oz BBQ beans
1 11 1/2 oz condensed bean with bacon soup
1/4 tsp seasoned black pepper ( either lemon or garlic)
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1 Tbsp minced onion
1/2 cup grated American cheese
 

Directions:
In a skillet, brown hamburg; drain.
Combine all ingredients except cheese in the crockpot.
Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
Just before serving, sprinkle with cheese.
Serve over hot biscuits or corn bread.
