3 Pounds Gone Forever!!!
Hi, my name is Terri. I started working out September 5th, 2001. As far as dieting, I'm not really on a strict diet. I try to eat low-fat as much as possible. I limit myself to one caffeine drink a day and drink at least 64 ounces of water a day. I work out 6 days a week. So far I have only lost 3 pounds but I have lost 22 3/4 inches. I get to weigh in and measure the 5th of the month. I am excited to have the opportunity to go to a gym. Going to the gym is a first for me. I love it and I look forward to going everyday. The support at losing2gether is great. I enjoy being able to express my feelings to others in the same boat as I am in. Good or bad days, I can post and know that they have been there and know what I'm going through. Terri 282/279/180
