I've been on WWs and other diet programs many times before. This time I joined WWs and knew it would be different. It's been a slow weight loss but I learned that for me the key is to stay with WWs and not quit during the tough times. Every timem in the past I've quit, I've gained. So, this time I've decided to be a WWs lifer, lol.
