Not a real band!
Just various musicians I recorded with!

Originally named after the restaurant, Sam and Steve's House of Beef!  Do the math!

Sambone and SteveF have recorded demo tapes on 4trk for years!  Drums and guitars!  I would go back and put vocals and bass tracks!

Sambone and Steve Baise (Stee Vee Licious recorded 2 songs at Steveland Studios, 'Maybe later on tonight' and 'Try again'!

Currently nothing is going on!

House of Beef
The House of Beef is a restaurant I saw on Jefferson Ave in Newport News.  But the sign reads, 'Sam and Steve's House of Beef'!  I take it, it is a steak place or burger place or both.  But as far back as 1994, me and my friend, SteveF., have been jamming off and on since and we would just do drums and guitars.  This bond always made the guitars and drums sound very tight and every bass player found it hard to keep up.  And in end result, there would be no bass player to stick around to jam.  Through the years, no matter whether we practiced or not, we have kept the music going whether we were in bands or not.  We still had it.  SteveF would get on the drums and I would sing and play guitar!  And everytime I would record whatever we did, it would be dubbed the House of Beef sessions!

It wasn't until recently, I hooked up with Steve Baise and we had an appropriate House of Beef session as well. We recorded 2 songs whereby I played drums on one song and Stevie played drums on another.

I think, no matter what, when, and how, I will be playing music with either SteveF or Steve Baise in some way, shape or form.  Long live the House of Beef!
House of Beef will always be around as long as we're all still alive!

Not a real band, but could develop into one!?!
