I have been involved or interested in weightlifting for about 10 years now (God I"m getting OLD!).  I'm not a bodybuilder and I don't compete, I just enjoy the time that I get to spend in the weight room and the results that come.  I am about 5'9" and 160 lbs, my weight has increased a bit, since last December, to about the range i want to keep it.......I just hope it doesn't KEEP goin' up!  Right now I'm trying to increase the frequency of my cardio workouts...i.e....running and biking.
     Throughout these many years I have learned alot and want to continue to learn more.  I am currently an Electrical Engineering major but have considered the possibility of returning for a degree in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science.  I have included in this page just a few links that I have found very useful and informative from subjects regarding weight training to nutrition information.
