3-2. Simon Losee (Pieter Janszen ) was born probably 1681 in Bushwick, NY and was baptized 30 Jan 1681 RDC, Flatbush, NY. He died 1763 in Wheatley, New York. He resided in 1706 in Oyster Bay, NY. Simon married Margrietje Koeck about 1702, daughter of Laurens Corneliszen Koeck and Margrietje Berents van Flaesbeck. Margrietje died after 1763.

They had the following children:

3-8 F i Sara Losee was baptized 4 Apr 1704 in RDC, Jamaica, NY. She died before 1760. Sara married Jan Haff about 1727, son of Pieter Haff and Wyntje Hercks Krankhuyt. Children: Peter, Sarah, Martha, and Simon mentions her grandchild, Margaret Sammis in his will.

3-9 M ii Lourens Losee was born about 1705.

3-10 F iii Margrietje Losee was born 1706/1707 and was baptized 4 Oct 1724 in RDC, Jamaica, NY. Margrietje married, as second wife of, Samson Crooker, son of William Crooker and Sarah Hawxhurst.

3-11 F iv Hannah Losee was born 1708/1709 and died about 1782.

3-12 F v Mary Losee was born about 1710.

3-13 M vi Pieter Losee was born about 1712.

3-14 F vii Ann Losee was born 1714.

3-15 F viii Elizabeth Losee was born 1716 and died 28 Apr 1802.

3-16 M ix Simon Losee was born about 1717.

3-17 F x Jannetje Losee was born about 1720.

3-18 F xi Martha Losee was born about 1722 in Wheatley, Oyster Bay, New York and was baptized 25 Jan 1722 in RDC, Jamaica, NY. She died about 1804. Martha married Daniel Duryea (after May 1760), son of Abraham Duryea and Elizabeth Polhemus.

3-19 F xii Charity (?Greetje) Losee was baptized 4 Oct 1724 in RDC, Jamaica, NY. Charity married Timothy Titus on 10 Jan 1745, son of Jacob Titus and Margaret Jermain. Timothy was born 7 Oct 1726. He was buried 2 Nov 1802.

3-20 F xiii Femmetje (Phebe) Losee was born about 1726 in Wheatley, Oyster Bay, NY and was baptized 7 Apr 1727 in RDC, Jamaica, NY. Femmetje married Jacob Weeks, son of Jacob Weeks and Elizabeth Wright. Jacob was born about 1730.
