the comeback kids strike again. here's me and sue. i'm looking quite drunk here, although my hair looks pretty, and sue looks cool as usual. sue and i choose to refer to the school calender in the background to remember when the party was, and the fact that we don't have school during the following week. that's cool to us.
bryan's arrival really excited me and jul. he got cornered the second he walked in the door, and we made it a point to announce to the whole house that bryan had arrived. he didn't even have a chance to take his coat off before we started in with the screaming and the pictures. drunk people love bryan.
despite what she might tell you, sue dances, here's the proof. let's not forget the people in the background tho... we have birthday mcallister and jul concentrating on the carving of the cake, and james, who is wearing a coat and doing something that is probably weird.
yay kevin! 12:12 am is the perfect time for birthday fun, mike's hard lemonade, salt and pepper shakers, and cell phones.
here's birthday cutting up (butchering) her cake. she insisted that i captured her every slice. it's a shame that the cake was cut up into about 7000 oddly-shaped pieces and that most of it got thrown away, but mickey and i thought it was cool.
at some point during the party, jul had the bright idea of having me make iced tea for joe. pouring in the powder was about all i could handle, so i made joe mix it. when he asked for a spoon to do so, he got handed a spatula by me. he then proceeded to tell me it wasn't a spoon and that he couldn't possibly mix iced tea with it, but i talked him into doing it, and things turned out just fine. i never got to find out how bad the iced tea tasted, and i think that's a good thing.
