| 1/2 C Mayo 1 T White Vinegar 2 t Sweet Pickle Relish 1/8 t Salt |
| 2 T Ketchup 2 t Sugar 1 t Finely Minced Onion Dash of Blk Pepper |
| This is my hubby's recipe. He swears you have to have this if you are having red beans & rice. It adds a little zing to them, for him, I guess! It's great on a salad too, especialy if you make it a little ahead. |
| Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well. Place dressing in a covered container and refridgerate for several hours, stirring before you use. Makes 3/4 C. |
