Easy Humus
This is how I make it. It's diffrent from my mom's and sisters, but the result is very similar, and its alot easier. Since I am recording these recipes theoretically for my kids and future generations, this is what they'll be growing up with, so this is the one I am sharing... its so good and smooth... no grit-y-ness.
1 can Chick Peas, drain, but save the liquid
3 T Tahini Paste
3 Cloves Garlic
3 T Lemon Juice
1 T Olive Oil
After you open the can of chick peas, and you've drained it, run very hot water into the can, and let it sit while you gather the other ingredients.

Mix everything together in the food processor (or blender), if its too thick add some of the chick pea liquid until its smooth. Pour it into a bowl, sprinkle with paprika, top with a thin layer of olive oil, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with fresh syrian Bread.

This is enough for maybe 2 people.
