| Easy Chicken Pot Pie |
| No one is ever going to know how easy this was! This tastes like you slaved over it, I promise people will as for the recipe! This is great for leftovers. |
| 2 cans (10.75oz) Cream of Brocolli Soup 1 C Milk 1/4 t Dried Thyme, crushed 4 C Cooked Veggies 1 Uncooked Pie Shell 2 C Cooked Chicken Salt, Pepper& Garlic powder to taste |
| Mix everything (excepth the shell) into a large bowl, mix it up, and pour into a buttered 3 qt casserole dish. Bake for 15 minutes until it bubbles, then cover with the shell, cut some vents in shell. Bake till shell is cooked, approx 15 more minutes. Let cool slightly before cutting. I serve this over mashed potatoes, and sprinkle a little cheddar on top before eating. |
