Conveniently located within a 20 minutes drive from the Fort Myers� airport, and just around the corner from the fun and popular Tangier Outlet Stores. There's also the brand new 18 hole Shell Point Golf Course down the street. This suitable location is also within minutes from several marinas, movie theaters, restaurants, live theatre companies, miniature golf facilities, and bowling alleys. The locale is also convenient to Rt. 41 and US 75. Fort Myers Beach is within a 20-minutes drive and along the route to lovely Bonita Springs, Naples and Marco Island. And, a day trip to Ft. Lauderdale or Miami is just as convenient and enjoyable. Along with the queen size bed and full bath (there is also a sleep sofa for two), this condominium also features kitchen, living room, dining room, and outdoor lanai. Almost every appliance and necessity imaginable is included: 2 televisions, VCR, stackable washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, electric can opener, iron/ironing board, vacuum cleaner, bed linens, towels, plates, cups/saucers, etc.; we also threw-in a couple of beach chairs, beach umbrella, bar-b-que grill, large thermos bag and fully-equipped picnic basket for your convenience! The exterior of the unit has a courtyard, a lovely in-ground pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard and pond.
