Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to inquire about any job open or position available within your Company that is compatible with my qualifications and interests.
My endeavour is to work on television as assistant producer, researcher in the children department or in the music department. If you do not require a new associate in these areas, I do also have experience on beta editing machine and as runner.
I have previous experience on television. I worked for the Slovenian television for 9 months in the editing area, as researcher, runner and reporter. In addition, I worked with two single Italian producers and did research for their documentary transmissions. Documentaries were about Slovenian culture.
In the school year of 1998/9, I have concluded my first year in BA degree of Arts - Media & Cultural Studies (Television Production). In the school year of 1999/00 I decided to take a year out. In the mean time I would love to work on television.
Enclosed I have attached support material and a copy of my resume for your convenience and review and I hope to hear from you in the future.
Thank you very much for your attention and consideration to this cover letter and annexed material

From 1995 to 1997, I worked as a sales assistant in a Slovenian shop and in Asda in Britain. In Asda I was working in the bakery section.

Skills
The television production part of my course has given me
a practical knowledge of S-VHS camera, sound and lighting equipment.
I have experience on editing and imaging
set up protocol. While working on television I learned on beta editing machine.
The last project that I completed on my degree was a live studio show
which I produced. I arranged guests, researched a demonstration item

The cultural side of my course has given me an insight into how the Culture
is playing an important role in the Media and how it could be applicable in the media. My knowledge of culture was fully applied while working with two single Italian producers and did research for their documentary transmissions. Documentaries were about Slovenian culture.
