Darkness slumbers, daylight's gone
the twilight zone still shines on
Darkness pressing
pushing against me
shouting
screaming
never seeing
darkness is blind
blackness
grey
a haze
The thought of death pressing
Darkness abounds
showing me the way
pulling me into the life
I've before told to go away
Darkness abounds, Roses are black
never thought
I'd be one of the ones with a knife at my back
My love died before I did
Died heartless some say
Yet I still walk
Yet I still talk
but still no one wants to know
what I have to say.
