Employment Requirements


All BlackEagle operatives go through a six week training regimen upon employment with the company. The Entry Training Course, held at a company facility near Atlanta, Georgia, familiarizes operatives with their company and its resources. It ensures that all operatives, regardless of (meta)humanity and background, have the basic skills necessary for survival and success. What follows is a listing of the minimum skill requirements for employment at BlackEagle/BlackEagle.

The applicant must also have any one of the following skill groups. Note that all of these skills groups have Karma Total on them. This is how much Karma a Character must spend purchasing these, assuming that the appropriate attributes are at a 5 or higher. This is for any character who is still running the shadows who wants to go legit, so to speak. BlackEagle/BlackEagle will train you to make sure you have the right stuff. Otherwise the Skill groups are meant  to be used as a base for new characters....Some of these a new character can not start with. The primary example is Field Medic. It requires one to have Biotech/First Aid and Surgery, but a new character can only start with one of the specialization's.
