Here in Metro Detroit, we had the most severe thunderstorms I've seen in awhile.  It was loud, especially when the hail came.  And my little Allison slept through the whole thing.  It started soon after we put her down for her nap, and she finally woke up a while after it was finished. 

There was a 25-car accident on I-696.  And I-75 was flooded at 6 Mile--I'm not sure how well you can see it from the picture...

Our street was flooded on the east side of our house but the west side was driveable, so luckily I was able to leave for work.  Amazingly, I got there in record time.  I'm not sure how!
