Crispy Battered Fried Chicken

2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Cup Ice Water
1 Egg White
8 Chicken Legs

Directions:

Heat Oil In A Deep Pan To 365,
Or Until Bread Cube Browns In
About One Minute,Combine Dry
Ingredients In A Large Bowl,Add
Water To Mixed Dry Ingredients,
Stir Until Combined,Beat Egg White
Till Small Peaks Form,Fold Egg White
Iinto Flour Mixture.Coat Chicken Legs
Well With Batter,Lower Chicken Into Oil
Fry Until Golden Brown And Cooked
Through,About 15 Minutes,Drain
Chicken On Paper Towel.
