5x14 The Red and the Black
It's very cool to see Scully as an abductee, in the role of believer (pretty much), opposite Mulder's unusual declaration of nonbelief. I really like it when Scully sort of fills in when Mulder reaches a point of losing his beliefs. She does this later as well, in Season Seven's Closure.
These episodes are extremely suspenseful, so get a hold of both of them before you start watching. Otherwise, you'll be pretty ticked when you reach the end of Patient X and wonder what happens to Scully!
