Kay Baxter

Kay was born on October 3rd, 1945. She never won a professional bodybuilding competition, and her best place was a second position in 1982 World Pro Championships. Kay was one of the most massive female bodybuilders of the first 80s. Kay Baxter can be given credit for many of the trends that have become staples of the female bodybuilder lifestyle. She was one of the first to promote wrestling as a fun and lucrative means of income and entertainment, taking advantage of the strength and size that could be attained by the female physique through rigorous work outs. She tragically died in a car accident on May 16th, 1988.
