| The Worst Enemy The sun smiled upon the dew swept grass And awoke the yawning flowers. The weary traveler that had been walking for days Was comforted by the thought of home. The traveler has seen many marvels in his life. From the Taj Mahal to the Stonehenge. But all he wants is to go to his home by the sea. But the poor traveler doesn't realize that His home was long ago destroyed By the countless wars of mankind. As he arrives at his house by the sea The ruins tell the tales of destruction That were created by his fellow man. The once beutiful garden is now withered, The earth therea is cracked an dry. Only one part of this home he left remains, The lonely west wall. He realizes that while he was living dreams His home, his friends and his family were all destroyed By the worst enemy... Mankind. |
| Wait Wait by the shore; I will be there with you, Although I am on earth no more. Wait by the shore, But please do not worry anymore, Because this is not adieu. Wait by the shore I will be there with you. |
| Do you think? Do you think that if I tried I could fly? Fly to places around the world? To escape the small towns With samll minded people. Do you think I could make it Over the mountains And through the rain? To the place that I May call home. Could I travel through The desert for days and still Find my own oasis of hope And happiness? Do you think I am strong Enough to survive? |
| If tomorrow you forget you care, I hope you find happiness elsewhere. And if you leave me behind, I hope you find someone to love. For no matter what goes on, I will never wish you ill will. If you stop wanting me, I will go away if you ask to see Why it is that we can't be. If you stop caring, I hope you forget me. |

| Disappoinment My heart stills. Breath is gone. I wait for the Glimpse of my dearest. Moments pass. The set meeting Comes and goes. His face never seen. I wait a bit longer. Sigh a bit louder. He's not coming, I've been let down again. |
