Inspired by "Those who Hunt Elves". The markings on her forehead are the ones that appeared on Celcia-sama as a mustache. I just added the triangle because it looked cool. I don't think she was supposed to be so slutty... but it just happened. And isn't a see-through poncho thingy the sort of thing you would expect an elf to wear? I'm not sure about the ribbon around her leg... I think I remember Celcia-sama having a ribbon around her arm at some point.. but I'm not sure. I think her arms are out like that because she is performing an incantation.. But I'm not really sure. This looked a lot better on paper and I'm too lazy to try to fix any more of it on PhotoShop.
