| Chapter 10 �3 weeks later� �Do you have a 7?� Nick asked AJ. �Go Fish� AJ replied. �Do you have a queen?� It had been 3 weeks since Nick finally admitted what had caused this. Since then, he ad AJ had been discussing almost non-stop on how they could change things for Nick. AJ had even discussed it with the guys some. �Uh huh!, I won!� Nick shouted, jumping up to do his little victory dance. AJ just smiled at him. Usually he�d get mad if he lost, but it was so great to see and hear Nick happy again. He had purposely lost $2000 to Nick in poker last week, just to see and here Nick laugh, even if it was at him. �SO Nicky boy. You have a birthday coming up huh?� AJ grinned slightly, � Yes I do, the big 22� Nick said, pausing for a moment before snickering at his own rime. �So, what do ya want for your b-day?� AJ said, still grinning like a dog. Nick�s smile faded as he thought about it. � I want my family and the other guys to come visit me.� He said. AJ�s smile faded too. No one had come to see nick since Nick was admitted to here. Except AJ, and he was always turned down. �Ok, I'll see if they could come.� AJ told him. AJ got up to make the phone calls, praying that at least his family would come.
