Miakoda's Den
Personality: At first appears to be a very mysterious, cold, and distant wolf. But once she opens up and reveals herself, she's very playful, caring, and loving, yet can be serious when needed. A feirce fitghter and will remain extreamly loyal to her pack. She somehow always seems to be shrouded in mystery, and loves to lay at night, gazing at the sky. She's not quiet because she's sad or shy, she's quiet because she's thinking.
Gender: Female
Breed: Gray Wolf
Discription: Black, gray, brown, and white undersides. Her right ear is torn along the edge. Blue eyes. Her tail has a black stripe down the spine and a grey tip.She has a silver colored patch around her left eye that almost blends in with the white.
It was a rare night, when the grey wolf known as Miakoda and her siblings were born in Eastern Canada. Her name, meaning "power of the moon" was fitting seeing as she was born during a lunar eclipse; an occasion her pack held sacred. Her three brothers earned similar names: Jacy, a pure black wolf, Elu, a grey wold like Miakoda, and Sahale, a dark grey wolf.
Jacy, Sahale, and Elu became very close as pups, while Miakoda seemed to always be the one left out. She never seemed to mind, though, taking the time they wasted palying to go exploring, learning on her own. Soon she began to ponder the reasons behind everything; life, the night sky, even her pack's traditions. Due to her highly questioning mind and self-gained wisdom, she soon became the outside her her pack. Her father, Yakecan, and mother, Taipa, frowned upon this and attempted to changer her beliefs. Frustrated when they failed, they became very bitter towards Miakoda, who soon became their target of rage and frustration. Thus she assumed the role of Omega in her pack. This hurt her greatly.
Elu, the only wolf who seemed to hold any sympathy towards Miakoda, decided to befriend his forgotten sibling. Being trained in hunting and fighting, he taught her the ways of battle and soon made her into an efficient warrior. Yakecan acknowledged this and allowed her to join the ranks of the fighters. But because Elu reached out to her and was the first wolf to ever really show he cared, Miakoda became very attached to him. And as the days passed, the two only grew closer. He listened to her ideas, was there for her through the hard times, and ever defended her against her parents. Jacy and Sahale teased Elu about this, but he could care less.
Then, one day, Jacy and Sahale decided to have some fun teasing a Grizzly
cub. Now, they didn't have much common sense, seeing as they didn't run off when the bear began to call for its mother. They did run, though, when the angry female grizzly came thundering through the trees after them. Not knowing what to do, they ran back to the saftey of the pack and the bear followed suit. Miakoda's first battle was against this bear.
She, Elu, and the other two warriors in her pack quickly charged at the disgruntled mother. Elu latched onto her right arm why Miakoda viciously nipped at her heels in an attempt to bring the bear down on all fours.
