Go to Hua Mountain Foot, find the NPC named Gymnosophist (34,59); right click on him; he will ask you to buy a Pricker and Virulent Powder for him. After you agree, he will give you a Shopping List.

After you buy the two items, return to Hua Mountain Foot, right click on Gymnosophist(34,59); he will ask if you have bought the items; click on "Yeah. Here you are"; he will take away the Shopping List and award you an armor.
