A List of the Kings and Queens of Caid

Updated on 16 Oct 2001.

Before the creation of the Kingdom of Caid, its various baronies and other territories were part of the Kingdom of the WEST. The Western Kings and Queens are determined at Crown Tourneys held three times each year, though at the beginning of the SCA the dates of these tourneys were irregular.
The second column below is the month in which Coronation was held.

Before the creation of Caid as a kingdom, the southern baronies and territories of the Kingdom of the West were formed into the Principality of Caid. Unlike those for its parent Kingdom, the Coronations for the Prince and Princess of Caid were held twice a year: one in the spring (May/June) and the other in the winter (November).

Anno Societatis is in the Year of the Society. The SCA year begins on May 1st, so the first day of AS I was May 1, 1966.

Acelyn Shirleah the Chaste has changed her name to Ascelyn Shirleah. Either spelling may be used on scrolls.

Natalya Gregorovna of Shadowhyrst has changed her name to Natalya de Foix.

Adriana d'Orsay des Hippocampes has changed her name to Adriana von Vogelsang.

Tristana R�fenloch has changed her name to Tristana de Winter.

Arianna of Chelsea has changed her name to Arianna ny Shane.

Albra Katerine Marie Isabelle Bautiste prefers the shorten form of Albra Katerine.

Following Russian naming practices Trifona Anastasiia Dodovicha prefers the shorten form of Anastasiia.

The shortened form of 'Abd al-Hakim ibn 'Abd al-Rahman Shaddad al-Tomuki is al-Tomuki.

Ciar Lasse MacGregor prefers the shorten form of Ciar Lasse.
