| inside of each of our heads lie two hemispheres of a brain. each of these hemispheres coincide to keep the body running smoothly. some people say that one side, the left, controls all of our logical thoughts. at no time does this side think creatively. the other side, the right, handles the artistic aspects of our thoughts. we use this side to create. nidhogg promises to use as little of our left hemisphere as possible. thank you nidhogg consists of two bassists, as you may know, and one drummer. chadwig james kennedy 1 handles one dimension of bass while nicholas ross stauffer manages the other. bam-bam, the drummer, is a machine. a "drum machine" if you will nidhogg began as an idea. inspiration for a bass duo began between nicholas and chadwig early during their eighth grade year. on one specific occasion during this year, chadwig and nicholas found themeselves in a library searching the books for religious holidays to celebrate, (skeptophilosism recognizes any and every holdiay in existance.) skimming through the pages of a mythology book, chadwig stumbled upon a title which read "Nidhogg: serpent of the underworld." nicholas looked at chadwig as chadwig turned to look at nicholas. nidhogg had seeded itself within chadwig and nicholas's craniums, waiting to be discovered months later. today you witness the life of nidhogg as it develops through the hands of chadwig, nicholas, and bam-bam(who ironically has no hands) |
