Why wouldn't you want to become smarter?  You would have nothing to lose (except you ignorance) , And everything to gain.  I've tried to make this site as user friendly as possible.  Please consult with your doctor before trying the held breath exercises.


Before starting  all these different exercises there are two things you start getting more aquatinted with:
(1)Time Management:  You will need to plan your weekly schedule out and set aside time for your activities.
(2)Willpower: You will never accomplish anything by procrastinating.

Centerpointe's "The End Personal Growth Through Technology" Meditation program is like nothing I have ever experianced.  I love it more than all the personal growth tools I have used combined.
