About Me
I consider myself to be a Student of Life as I strive to learn as much as I can from many aspects of Life in hopes of gaining a better understanding of the Divine Mysteries, as well as of myself.

I have been actively studying philosophy, world religions, magick, and the occult for most of my life, and I am currently enrolled as a Religion Major at a local college (I'm on my second year).  I was dedicated as a Priest by a Pagan friend in October of 2000, and I am also ordained as a minister through the Universal Life Church (for legal purposes).  My ministerial creditials are registered with Dakota County, and I am able to perform legal marriages throughout the state of Minnesota.  My wife and I are the co-founders of the Cove of Light, a group to bring like-minded peoples together in spiritual union to share wisdom.

I served in the U.S. Army for over 6 years of active duty as a Combat Medic.  After Basic Training and AIT (which together lasted about a year), I was stationed at Baumholder, Germany for two years.  I was then stationed at Fort Hood, Texas for the remainder of my service.

After a long-distance and somewhat sporadic friendship over the phone and internet with Anora, I finally went to visit her in Arizona in 2005 (she paid for my round-trip tickets).  She moved up here to Minnesota that July, and we were married on March 23.  We now have two wonderful children--a boy and a girl, and our thrid child, our cat.

Some of my other interests include writing (I am working on a book on authentic Mesopotamian beliefs and practices), poetry, reading, and practicing Martial Arts--I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and have experience with other forms of self-defense and Martial Arts as well, and enjoy teaching self-defense.
