Emulation is the ability to use an emulator, and certain ROMs to play Console, Arcade, and Handheld games on a personal computer. ROMs can be considered illegal if not used in the proper way, but are here for the enjoyment of the people. They are free of charge, as long as the rules are followed. I am putting emulation up on my site to attract more hits, and to make sure that everyone ends up happy. However, I intend to put up a referral link to this site for a game translation:
