Character Background:  The elite Shadowlaw agent Juli has been in Shadowlaw for as long as she can remember, to the point where she can barely remember what her life was like before she joined.  At most, Juli can recall that she joined Shadowlaw after seeing and being invited by Shadowlaw's High Commander M. Bison, whom she quickly developed a crush on right after seeing him.  She doesn't remember most details, nor does she care.  After joining Shadowlaw, she was immediately made part of the elite agent force within there, where she has been serving for a while.  While there, despite how agents weren't supposed to socialize with members of other departments, she eventually got to know a certain scientist named Bremare Yamoto when the two met after Juli failed a mission, thus believing to be rejected by her commander whom she was in love with, and Bremare himself was having life relationship problems.  On the rebound, the two became fast friends.  Things really took a turn in Juli's life when Bremare one day gave her a gift of friendship... in the form of a genetically created partner named Juni...

Character Plans:  A hidden past of sorts.  Juli slowly finds out more and more about Shadowlaw and everything behind... well, everything.  Her partner, her scientist friend, her commander, herself.  All the while, she must deal with the present, too, because things are always interesting when you work for an underground evil organization hell bent on conquering the world.  And Juli takes it upon herself to "protect" her partner Juni from all of it, because she doesn't want Juni to go through the same hell that she will be...

Character Strength: Juli, like all Shadowlaw agents, uses a special forces fighting style and is adept at assassination and stealth.  She's extremely fast in combat and also versatality skilled in some fire arms when need be.  Personality wise, Juli is generally practical, straight, and calm, and tends to not be as... quirky as the other agents in the force.

Character Weakness:  Following all cliches about fighting styles in video games, Juli is fast but not physically powerful when it comes to dishing out and taking heavy damage in a few hits.  She also tends to drift personality wise and just do what she feels is right at the time, not having any set ideal for herself, which will lead to problems when she ever has to make any truly deep decisions...
 
 
 
 

Character:  Juni

Character Background:  What Juni remembers clearly is that before Shadowlaw and her Lord Bison found her, she was just a street rat in Germany who could barely get by, and was about to be forced into... personally questionable methods for money in order to survive until her Lord Bison found her and took her into his organization as one of Shadowlaw's elite agents.  From there, following the ideals of a pure world which she strongly believed in and Shadowlaw had and working together with her partner Juli ever since she joined, Juni's new life was perfect...

Character Plans:  Juni lives the normal life of a Shadowlaw agent.  Which... really isn't very normal at all.  Life is complicated for Juni right from the start.  Things are always going awry, life complications turn up, you need to learn to expect the unexpected and all when working for an underground world organization but it's all in a day's work.  And Juni herself tends to overdo things, though fortunately her trusted partner Juli will always be there for her... or so it should be.  But things behind the scenes and what with not being able to expect the expected, who knows?

Character Strength:  Juni, like all Shadowlaw agents, uses a special forces fighting style and is adept at assassination and stealth.  She's similar to her partner with speed and versatality, as required to be an espionage agent.  Juni, despite enjoying fun and such, is an intense idealist at heart and will do anything she can for Shadowlaw and her Lord Bison, whom she admires as one of the greatest commanders of all time.  She also oddly enough has some... psychical abilities, such as minor healing, shielding, and ground teleporting, which she can't really explain and isn't really even sure of, herself.

Character Weakness:  As expected, Juni's fast but not directly immensely powerful.  She also tends to be a bit wishy-washy, often trying to stick to her job but going out of the way to have some enjoyment when need be.
