You ever hear of a guy named Will Smith? You ever hear of him being in a movie taking place in the old west? No, didn't think so. Wretched Wretched West, which has recently been released on video to torture those who rent movies, was the biggest mockery of a film made in 1999. Did I say 1999? I ment EVER! I know this because the most traumatic thing that ever happened to me was when my family drafted me into going to see this terrible piece of monkey crap. I actually went along because Kenneth Branaugh (Much Ado About Nothing, Hamlet) was in it and he one of the most skilled actors today. Well, you couldn't tell that by this waste of film. The ONLY good acting anywhere near this damned thing is Kevin Kline, another skilled actor, played two parts without the audience truly realizing it. I believe that this movie is the most horrendous creation man has ever concieved! With it's repetitous jokes about slavery and the villian being short, as well as pointless use of spiders and a poorly selected cast (cough, Will Smith, cough) makes this movie something to be avoided at all costs. Root canals are more fun. Words cannot begin to say how terribly awful this... this... (Reviewer begins having epileptic seiziures due to terrible memories) |
