What is the Air Speed Velocity of an Un-Laden Swallow?
If you don't know the right answer, then you haven't seen Monty Python Search for the Holy Grail!
A must see movie!
Now for a little about me. My biggest hobby is being a member of the S.C.A. The Society for Creative Anachorism. It's a non-profit Organization that allows its members to study and re-create Medieval times not the way it was, but the way it should have been. All the entertainment and joy without all the plagues and taxes! I have two personna's at the moment. My first personna, Kirwin Brichsted, is who I have been for most of my Scadian life. My full personna story has been added to this website. I've studied the Rapier and Bow and am of fairly good repute amoung all those I have encountered. While I was working in Chicago, Barony of Tree Girt Sea, I was Cadeted by Andrew McBaine the Purple. I began working on the household website but alas with my job I get transferred alot so have since moved to Atlanta. I'm still looking for a household that I can truly feel at home at.
My second personna is for heavy fighting, when I get around to making my armour, I go by Robert McAflac, the Mighty Kilted Duck! My device will be a kilted White Duck on a field of Black and Burgandy. I had alot of fun with this personna at Pennsic XXX. Aflac was screamed far and wide!!
Now for Some normal information about me.
Not only do I like to watch strange movies, dress in wierd clothing, and stab people with swords, but I also like to read DragonLance Saga books, anything that Piers Anthony writes, and Laurell K. Hamilton's Vampire Hunter Novels. I play the Piano and a Scottish drum called the Bhalrum; albeit not very well. LOL
A busy person you might say, I haven't even yet begun. As of present, I'm working full time as a Project Manager for a telecommunications turnkey company by the name of WFI. We basically assist cell phone companies to manage and build out their networks. As of this moment, I'm working on a Sprint Overlay project in Atlanta. The job is challenging but as my office is only a few miles away from where my wife works, it has been fun carpooling and being able to have lunch with her. That's right, Kirwin is no longer a bachelor! I got married November 12th 2005. It has been wonderful to say the least.
Well, That's probably more information than any of you actualy wanted to know; so I will stop now. Please sign my guest book by clicking the left book on my Homepage. Have a wonderful day and remember God, King, and Country Loves You!
