Matthew -- Sherri, I did not mean for this message to go ahead and send without the attachment; however, due to the size of the attachment my system was unusable for what seemed hours. However, in that I don't have a clue as to how long it will take to upload the next two attachments, you should get MS System Information Files on this system, including the upgraded System File Checker. In that, I will then do a new copy of the MS System Information Files and compare notes against the July 5, 2000 print out. Furthermore, as I have indicated to both of you, which next week Russel, the manager of Office Depot, definitely wants me to bring the system in during a time when Carlton the technician will be on th schedule. Nonetheless, it was not hard for me to find on the MS System Information Files the one entry telling the end-user what type of Intel Co-processor was loaded in this system, though reference to a math co-processor was indicated on two other occasions. Whereas, it is a Pentium Pro as opposed to your company's attempt at even convincing the retail stores that it contains a 366 MMX Processor which would at least operate at 233 MHz, but it doesn't. That, you should be able to read for yourself. If you are unaware of what a Pentium Pro is considering you may not have even graduated from high school when they were built, they are a 32-bit microprocessor designed and manufactured by Intel and introduced in 1996, that is specifically designed and optimized for executing 32-bit software. For this reason, Pentium Pro systems are generaly equpped with Microsoft Windows NT, which does not run 16-bit software. Code-named p6 during its development, the Pentium Pro (RISC) design philosophy including superscalar architecture and pipelines. Which actually would be just fine, if indeed my system was designed to use it, but it wasn't, in that it is probably mildly useful to speed up the LAN other than anything else. Whereas, by my operating a typing and word processing service, which I'm actually going to prepare for, nonetheless only adding to your company's misery, in that I'm in the process of receiving a large sum of federal money. Money that will allow me to buy a system that actual works, so that I can go on with my life while my attorney handles lawsuits. Furthermore, I will also contact the other companies with whom have their names on applications in this system; originally, I actually thought they would be more than happy to find out what was going on. So, now I am wondering if a class-action lawsuit will be filed against every company who was involved in putting this system together -- considering none of them seem to give a damn that a disabled woman, trying to eek out a living, while at the same time homeless and hungry (literally), mainly because I have used so much money in ink, paper, and printer repairs just to make sure that before this piece of junk blows up according to a concern about if I did a particular something or other, I would 'Nuke' the system. Because the truth of the matter is, I thought that all the problems with this system were my fault, or even WIN98 being an enigma. Only to slowly work through the facts, basically as a fluke in that I couldn't afford to call my 'Free Technical Support Service,' thus buying books, magazines, receiving books free from the Computer Science Division at ECU, just to figure it out. Mainly, because as others are well aware I'm just happen to be that intelligent and so without question (even discounting books for me), my efforts were supported. Mostly too, because they were shocked over the fact that I wasn't working!!! MATTHEW, AGAIN, ONLY BECAUSE THIS IS SO TYPICAL -- WHY DID YOU NOT TELL ME HOW TO GET BACK TO THE DOS PROMPT FROM THE START UP GROUP????? Attached, as I will try, because these are such files I may actually have to divide them up, you should receive the old MS System Information Files and the appended System File Checker that was done yesterday. Like I said, though, if it doesn't work I will have to break these files down into smaller text files. In the mean time, which I wish I could have got to this sooner, only because my medical assist dog, who will be a year old this Friday is sick and the fact that my 3-year-old grandson was here this week-end I was able to locate and copy all the other files. I didn't just go to find for the Unattend.txt intentionally, because I glance through files as I go and get shocked every day that time allows. Whereas, I literally have to finish dealing with you people in about a week, or whenever the first term paper comes in or the federal check. ----- Original Message ----- From: To: Sent: Sunday, November 19, 2000 12:00 PM Subject: Re: Case ID:1584526 > 11/19/00 > Jeanne Graves > 2111 W.
