I, ________________________________________ (Please print your full name) do hereby agree to give up my rights of Administration on Sinister-Chat without refund of payment if the Terms Of Services are broken in any way.

Terms Of Services:
1. I agree to help ALL users seeking chat help on the server. I will not discriminate against users in any form.

2. I only unregister Channels that have gone past the two week idle period, and no other Channels.

3. I will not k-line (ban) protected hosts, or other Administrators/Operators set by the Owner of the site/server.

4. I will not use harmful Scripts or Programs on the server.

5. I agree to pay $10 monthly to the Owner of the server to keep my Operator status.

6. I agree to pay $20 monthly to the Owner of the server to keep my Administrator status.

7. Payment must be received before the seventh ( 7th ) of each month, and transferred ONLY through predetermined Paypal account, so that Invoices may be sent, and recorded.

8. By signing this contract, you must show proof of address. (A utility bill, or something like it showing name and adress)

9. The site owner has last say in ALL matters of the server, and may not be overruled. (Including the removal of k-lines)

These Terms of Services are subject to change at ANY time without consent or notice.
