8/21/2004 - I've written a Side Story concerning Alanya and Galbedir; it's entitled Travel and Shopping. This Side Story also sets up an upcoming Side Story that I'll write later.
8/18/2004 - I've written a Side Story concerning Vivec and Dagoth Ur; it's entitled Poems and Dreams.
8/17/2004 - I've had the site now for roughly a week, and have transferred over all the old material I had written on the old forum thread. Said material ended up dividing into nine chapters and two side stories.
Chapters One through Eight are complete; Chapter Nine has only just begun.
Only one Character Roster entry is up yet - Alanya's. More will be forthcoming.
Future Plans: Story-wise, I intend to complete Chapter Nine, a chapter which covers a large quest from the game. I also have several Side Stories planned, covering such events as Alanya's shopping for a new set of armor, the reactions of the godlike beings Vivec and Dagoth Ur to their growing awarenss of Alanya's existence, the adventures of both Alanya and supporting character Decius Pracius as they, both singly and together, cross swords with the main villianous organization in the game, and a humorous retelling of one of my more embarrassing game moments. Somewhere amidst all this, I also hope to start filling out the other entries in the Character Roster section.
Webpage-design-wise, I am looking into the possibility of downloading Emoticons to add to the text - the original thread made fairly heavy use of emoticons for certain sections, which I'd like to replicate faithfully. I am also debating wether to try messing around with frames for this website, or to stick with my current setup, which involves a lot of redundant linking. Finally, I belatedly realized that it would help to have some sort of Updates section to help returning visitors figure out what's been updated; for right now I'm simply going to post that information on the Home Page ^_^
