Basically the unis have kicked out for chrimbo....n that means...YES the boys r back in town and the partying hits an all time high again! can only b cause for a celebration...
SATURDAY 11 DECEMBER 2004
Spent much of the day scouring maidstone for a suitable secret Santa pressie! eventually found it n went home to wrap it. After a HUUUUUUUUGE scenario of trying to find ID it was decided that me n Soph were gonna chance it and go out anyway. Armed with my birth certificate and an old train pass i was a little dubious as to whether or not i was gonna get in anywhere!
Soph snided up to mine and daddykins dropped us in town. First stop was Muggs. We literally walked through the door and within seconds were surrounded by some familliar faces. Groomy, Bert, Ryan and Joe...how cool was it to see them all together :D the queue for the bar was far too long, but an advantage of knowing so many peeps is that u can shout a random name...(in this case BRAD M8) and get served within seconds :) wikd! so it was a case of downing as many as we could in n hour n a half before moving the party downstairs. Many more turned up James, Craig,Snep, Corina n friend n a few faces i didnt know! numbers were ripe and we all decided it was time to revive the old days and hit the RIVER BAR! so off we all trunddled
'ALL RIGHT DON wheres stevo?? turns out steve was on holiday', shame, i often enjoy a good chat with the dude! hehe...anyways in i snided n began boogyin the nite away.
I impressed Bert with my amazing downing skills of a gin n tonic =) to the aid of Ryan who was looking slightly bleary eyed already!
Me n Alex had decided we were Jaks buddies and were gathering a small crew to move the party along. Myself Bert Alex n Ryan left and made our way to the Odeon...Jaks was too packed n they wouldnt give us enterage so we backtracked to Ikon...BOOOOOOO! No one really wanted 6o go there but it was a last resort! Much dancing was enjoyed but from this point on i was beveraging on the old H2O!
We had all lost eachother for about two hours when we re grouped, only to loose eachother again! finally i stumbled upon ryan who was pretty much stumbling everwhere! pissed as a mo fo i dragged him outside where we waited and waited.......and waited for alex! feeling cold and slightly green i ordered Alex n Ry to piggy back me to the taxi rank.....this is how to travel in style ;) ! got home, crashed about the house and eventually went to sleep....waking up the next day with the hangover of death contemplating work ....urgh!
