| With age we learn the lessons life has to give... we strive to live the best we can, making many mistakes as we walk along the paths we live.. But Blessed is our God , who is so forgiving.... reaching out his helping hand ,each day we are living ... to help us up when we fall ,once again to stand, and if we are also forgiving to our fellow man... are kind and loving , though it is oft not returned.. turning our cheek to spitefulness, loving as we can... We know someday that when our time on earth is done.. that we will see the ones we love who are waiting above.. and as our time on earth comes to an end we will come to our reward of a Golden setting Sun..... What a celebration this day in Heaven will be.. when from all our troubles and strife on earth we will be set free.. To once again hold in our arms the loved ones we've missed so. We will have no cares nor troubles as we celebrate once again and walk hand in hand along the streets of gold, angels singing as we go... at the end of our life's sunset with bright glowing rays of gold.. |
