| Jackie is a 2001 Non-Characteristic Appaloosa Mare. She has a baby-doll head with a long star and a small snip over the right nostril and a white sock on the hind right. I started Jackie for a neighbor free of charge if he would allow me to use her as my 4-H Green Horse project. He agreed and I took her and Competed with her with only 5 rides. She did great. Later that month he thought I should own her and gave her to me if I would finish training two of her older siblings. Now we have this wonderful mare in out pasture! I'm planning on using her for performance for now. Once she's older I'm planning on making her my new barrel horse and possibly have her working cows. |
