Sifu Tony Massengill has over 20 years of experience serving the residents of the Virginia Peninsula in the field of Public Safety as a Law Enforcement Officer, Firefighter and an Emergency Medic.  His practical street experience coupled with over 37 years of training and research in a vast array of Asian Martial Arts and Modern American Law Enforcement Training Methodology makes him an instructor uniquely qualified to teach practical real world self protection skills.

Sifu Massengill is appointed to the Board of Directors of the Homeland Security Training Group where he works as a Training Program Developer and Instructor.  Sifu Massengill has developed programs for Law Enforcement, and Private Security as well as The First Emergency Medical Services Defensive Tactics Program which he was asked to develop and present at the Virginia State EMS Symposium in 2002.

Sifu Massengill is certified to teach the Wing Chun Kung Fu System by Grandmaster Samuel Kwok (Samuel Kwok Wing Chun Martial Arts Association), The Ving Tsun Athletic Association of Hong Kong and The Ip Ching Wing Chun Ahletic Association.
