Put tomatoes and celery through food chopper, proportion being three cups tomato pulp to one cup each celery and peanut butter. Put the ground tomato pulp and celery through sieve, then add peanut butter, creaming it into the liquid until smooth and without lumps. Now add two tablespoonsful parsley and one large clove of garlic, very finely minced, two tablespoonsful of oil, and beat all ingredients well together.
