Tomato-Peanut Dressing

Two tablespoonsful peanut butter, three tablespoonsful tomato juice and two tablespoonsful corn oil.  Work the tomato juice into the peanut butter and then add the oil, beating until perfectly smooth.

[I would not use common corn oil since it is usually highly processed and dangerous to the body.  Use instead extra virgin olive oil or an oil from omega nutrition or another maker of cold processed, dark bottled, unrefined oil.]
