Have you ever heard of writing your problems down to get them out or off your shoulders? This technique can produce various solutions. Maybe you don't have anyone you feel comfortable talking with. Or maybe it's all scrambled in your head. Then on the other hand, maybe you just want to forget it all. Therefore, to write it down and toss it can be a step towards relief.

I bring this to you from experience. Ever since I was in grammar school I've employed this technique; even for the positive things. Like how and what to say when I needed to get my point across. I'd get words all turned around and tongue-tied without it.

All in all; whatever your use, I pray it works for you as it always has for me.

I promise none of this will be read; in fact, when you hit the butterfly it will only take you to another help page. Hopefully, the links I have there may also be of some help, if needed.

So... Write to your hearts content and don't forget that God knows all before you do.
