Remote Maintenance Remote maintenance can be performed on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly bases or a scheduled to your liking. I will first do an onsite check of systems * and create backups if need be. Then will perform several tasks at each scheduled period.
Remote maintenance can be perform during the day but would be better done at night or weekends. I can shut down you computer if you want after performing maintenance. If a regular maintenance is performed as outlined above your computer will perform at a top rate for you, less down time. Also, troubled spots can be taken care of saving down time and lose of data. Rates: $60/month per computer – run once per week $45/month per computer – run once every two weeks $35/month per computer – run once per month $10 discount per computer for multi-computer networks Yearly payment saves, two months off. Remote Support On demand support: if you have the Remote Maintenance I can give you live on demand support. All you do is call, I will access of your computer, with your permission, and can work on the problem, as long as your computer is connected to the internet. Saves the travel time. Rates: $35 per hour As with bench repair rates I only charge for the time I'm working on computer.
