The
Big Ears Report is an "Australian and World News" page on the official website
of the One Nation Party in Western Australia. It mainly consists of links
toarticles on mainstream newspaper websites (their favourite writer is Andrew
Bolt in the Melbourne Herald Sun) but about 20% of the links are to
right-wing extremist websites such as Prison Planet, White Extinction and
American Free Press. The material on most of these sites is dedicated to"anti-Zionist"
New World Order conspiracy theories but some of it is completely open initsespousal
of Jew-hatred and white-supremacist racism. New linksare addedeveryweek and,
more often than not, there'll beat least one linkto an extremistwebsite amongst
them. In this section of Loonar Watch we reporton the linksas they appear
and give a summary of the websites linked to.

Some will no doubt argue that "Big Ears" or
"Scotty" is acting without One Nation's leadership or its two members ofparliamentin
Western Australia, Frank Hough and JohnFischer, knowing aboutit. However, when
Loonar Watch first discovered the Big Ears Report inearlyJanuary of2004 we
wrote a letter of complaint and sent it to severalministersand MPsin WA (not
including Fischer and Hough) and several ethniccommunitygroups.Within 24
hours the disclaimer that now appears at the topof the pagewasadded and links
to several old articles about the "harrassment" of OneNationby Jewish groups
were posted. It would stretch credibility to suggestthatOne Nation's leadership
didn't know about this brief storm. It wouldalsobe stretching it to claim
they didn't know about it when the Adelaide Institute
and the White Pride Coalition in Sydney
did.
Since then "Big Ears," with the apparent knowledge
and consent of two members of parliament, has continued to direct One Nation's
supporters to some of the most racist and paranoid writingsto be found anywhere
on the internet.
