Angels

      Angels link us to God. In all faiths, they are celestial messengers and intermediaries representing the power within us to do good.  They guide us on our long spiritual journey to discover ourselves, and know love.  Angelic energy is a positive teacher reminding us of our own capacity to act with grace.  Practicing forgiveness and deepening our faith is easier with an angel by our side.  Angel encounters echo a cry from the earth to God.   from "A Place to Dream"

An Angelic Presentation......

 IF YOU COME ACROSS AN ANGEL

Every day, the world around us,      
real-life angels are doing the things they do....
and bringing more smiles to the world around them...
Real-life angels build bridges instead of walls.
They don't play hide-and-seek with the truth,
they do whatever they can to help you.
Real-life angels understand difficulties and always give the benefit of the doubt.
They don't hold others up to the standards they can't live by themselves.
Real-life angels are what "inner beauty" is all about.
Real-life angels don't hold things against you;
the only thing they hold........is YOU!!!!!!
They take your hand in theirs when you could use a little reassurance.
They walk beside you when you could do with a little guidance and direction in your life.
And they support you in your attempts to do what is right.
Real-life angels multiply your smiles and add to your integrity.
They make you feel like, "Hey, I really am somebody who matters."
Then they quietly prove to you how beautiful and true that feeling really is.

If you come across an angel like this, you are one of the luckiest people of all.
If someone in your life is wonderfully like an angel to you, it's important to let them know...
It's the nicest compliment you could ever give.....
in all the days of you life, and in all the years that you live.

I am here waiting for you to listen.

Whispering  a warm hello, a sincere greeting.

I am here waiting for you to see me.

Seeing with your heart and not always with your eyes.

An inviting smile.

I'm here to lend a comforting ear, a listening heart, a consoling touch.

Can you feel my presence?

Wait, listen, and watch and I will be right here with you.

          Like the little old lady             
   who returned your wallet yesterday.

Like the taxi driver
who told you your eyes
light up the world
when you smile.

Like the small child
who showed you the wonder
in simple things.

Like the rich man
who showed you
it really is all possible
if you believe.

Like the stranger
who just happened to come along,
when you had lost your way.

Like the friend
who touched your heart,
when you didn't think
you had one left to touch.

Angels come in all sizes and shapes,
all ages and skin types.

Some with freckles,
some with dimples,
some with wrinkles,
some without.

They come disguised as friends,
enemies, teachers, students,
lovers and fools.

They don't take life too seriously,
they always travel light.

They leave no forwarding address,
they ask for nothing in return.

They wear sneakers
with gossamer wings,
they get a deal on dry cleaning.

They are hard to find
when your eyes are closed,
but they are everywhere you look
when you choose to see.
