now make things that look sorta like this its best to measer yourself to get the right shape (just tape some paper to the required badypart and draw out the shape you need....it acturlly does work ...honest)

| the part ive shown already sown to the back peice has a split right down it which is fastend by velcro this is required so that you can pull the top over your head |
