| Rainwater was born November 11, 1829 in Russell Co Va., the son of William and Susanah Bush Ramsey and died January 9, 1903 in Dickenson Co ,Va. About 1849 he married Universal Franklin the daughter of James and Nancy Amburgy Franklin. She was born abt. 1832 in Russell Co. Va. and died April 22, 1909. Universal was a sister to my GGGrandmother Betsy Ruth Franklin Hale the wife of Henry D. Hale. |
