This is a new style of water heater that has no tank. It heats the water up on demand. They are supposed to be pretty efficent. |

Here is a bathroom and bedroom that I am working on. It is quite a canllenging project because there are many extras that is making the bathroom really nice. As you can see there are lots of arches and new framing to be done. I have lot's of electrical and plumbing to do. I'm even puting a biday in. |

Here is a picture of the shower and the bath tub that are goiog in the bathroom. These are two incredable units and you don't want to know how much they cost. It makes my head spin. The shower has these body spray heads that kinda massage your body and its all pressure and temperature controled. The tub is like sittine in a spa with lots of jets. Looking forward to seeing this stuff fully installed. It's going to be niiiiiiiiiice. |

I installed this sump pump at my parents house the other day to help move rain water and under house water away from the house. Nice little project. |
